These Terms of Service govern your use of CHUNKZA AI and the services we provide. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using chunkza.com and the CHUNKZA AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account credentials.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and corpora you ingest. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely as necessary to operate the chunking pipeline and diagnostic features you configure. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content for processing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to process unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, not to attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, and not to interfere with the service's operation or security.
5. Plans, billing & renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Enterprise terms are governed by a separate master subscription agreement.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for Enterprise and provide a status page and incident history. We do not warrant uninterrupted service and exclude liability for outages beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The CHUNKZA AI software, brand, website, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the services during an active subscription.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own. Customer documents are treated as confidential and are never used to train models.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends and your data is removed within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Except as required by law, the services are provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except for consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and update the date below at least 30 days before they take effect.
